To ensure your flowers stay fresh and beautiful for as long as possible, follow these simple care instructions:

1. Prepare the Stems: Remove any leaves or foliage that will be submerged in water to prevent bacterial growth and contamination.
2. Cut the Stems: Trim the stems at a 45° angle using a sharp knife or scissors. This helps the flowers absorb water more efficiently.
3. Use Fresh Water: Place the flowers in a clean vase with fresh, lukewarm water. Avoid using tap water that may contain impurities.
4. Positioning: Keep the vase in a cool area away from direct sunlight, heaters, or drafts to avoid wilting and prolong freshness.
5. Change the Water: Replace the water every 2-3 days to keep the flowers hydrated and free from bacteria.
6. Petal Care: Some flowers may have protective outer petals. Gently remove these after the flowers have settled to reveal their full beauty.

What is included with my arrangement?

Each piece arrives hand-tied and gift-wrapped in our signature wrapping with an aqua-pack to keep stems hydrated in transit. A vase is not included — every design is arranged so it can be lifted from its wrapping and placed directly into your own vessel.

How is delivery handled?

Same-day delivery is available across London, carried out personally by our own team in our electric delivery vans. Nationwide orders are delivered next-day via our trusted courier partner. For a fully bespoke experience — a specific delivery window, discreet unbranded delivery, or delivery to a hotel, office or private address — our in-house team can arrange this on request; please contact us after placing your order.

Do you deliver outside the UK, or to hotels, yachts and private aviation?

Yes, on request. Please contact our concierge team directly to arrange delivery to an alternative location or outside the UK, and we will confirm feasibility and timing.

Where are the flowers sourced from?

Every stem is sourced through direct, personal relationships with specialist, family-run growers in the Netherlands and Ecuador, chosen for the quality and consistency of each variety.

Who arranges each piece?

Every arrangement in this collection is hand-tied by one of our in-house senior master florists — never mass-produced or assembled by junior staff.

What happens if a specific flower isn't available?

For multi-variety designs, there is no fixed recipe: each piece is curated on the day from the finest stems available in that palette, so composition may vary slightly between orders — this is part of the bespoke nature of the piece, not a compromise. For single-variety designs, every stem is instead hand-matched for colour and bloom to preserve the uniform look shown; if a variety is entirely unavailable, we will contact you before substituting.

How long will my arrangement last?

With proper care, most arrangements remain at their best for around 7–10 days, though this varies by flower: roses and garden roses typically last the full period, while more delicate blooms such as clematis and peonies are shorter-lived, at their peak for around 5–7 days.

How should I care for my flowers?

Recut stems at an angle every two to three days, change the water at the same time, and keep the arrangement away from direct sunlight, heating, draughts and ripening fruit (which releases ethylene gas and shortens vase life). Hydrangea heads benefit from an occasional light mist.

Is a vase included?

No — each design is created to arrive ready to place in your own vessel. If you would like a recommendation on an appropriate vase for a specific piece, our florists are happy to advise.

Can I set up a recurring or standing order?

Yes. Many of our clients arrange weekly or monthly standing deliveries for the home or office; we can assign a dedicated point of contact to manage this on your behalf.

Can arrangements be tailored beyond what's pictured?

Bespoke sizing, colour direction and specific requirements (including fragrance-free arrangements) can be accommodated — please contact us directly to discuss a tailored consultation ahead of ordering.

How far in advance should I order?

Each design is made to order in limited numbers each week, so we recommend ordering with as much notice as possible, particularly around key dates. Same-day London orders must be placed by 3pm — please contact us to confirm availability.

Is my order handled discreetly?

Yes. Packaging carries no visible pricing, gift notes are handwritten and sealed, and delivery timing and presentation can be adjusted on request for privacy.

We accept all major cards and bank transfer, and can arrange invoicing for account and corporate clients — please contact us to set this up.
